Clé Cachée Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is a pure expression of Chardonnay from Avize’s Grand Cru terroirs. With less than one gram of sugar per glass, it offers delicate notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and subtle minerality, all wrapped in a creamy, refined texture. A crisp, clean finish showcases the precision craftsmanship behind every bottle, an ideal choice for lovers of finesse and complexity.
Grand Cru Roots
Clé Cachée begins in the Grand Cru village of Avize in the Côte des Blancs of France, one of the most iconic Chardonnay-growing regions in Champagne. Chalk-rich soils create a pure and expressive Blanc de Blancs with natural brightness, refined texture, and elegant minerality. This is the origin of our Grand Cru Extra Brut.
The
Process
Our champagne is crafted using the traditional method and aged in the chalk cellars of Avize to develop balance and depth. The wine spends over a year on its lees, giving it a smooth, creamy mousse and a clean, modern finish. A low dosage allows the Grand Cru Chardonnay to shine with clarity and precision.
