Inside, the wine remains a pure expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay, born from an exclusive pedigree in Avize. Crafted with a delicately low dosage of less than one gram of sugar per glass, it allows the true character of the grapes and terroir to shine with clarity and precision.

Aged in chalk rich cellars, Clé Cachée opens with elegant floral notes of honeysuckle and white flowers, followed by bright citrus, candied lemon peel, and golden apple. Subtle layers of glazed almond and lightly toasted brioche add depth, while a focused chalk driven minerality brings tension and balance. On the palate, the wine is smooth, warm, and full bodied, supported by crisp acidity and a distinctive saline note that carries through to a long, refined finish accented by acacia honey, raw licorice, and soft floral tones.
