Clé Cachée is French for The Hidden Key, a phrase that reflects intention and meaning. To us, it represents the unseen elements that unlock something deeper: purpose, beauty, identity, or opportunity. The Champagne
Grand Cru, Avize | Côte des Blancs
Clé Cachée is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of Avize, one of the most revered terroirs in Champagne. The region’s chalk-rich soils bring clarity, tension, and a distinct mineral backbone, creating a wine that is both structured and effortless.
On the palate, delicate notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and subtle minerality unfold into a clean, refined finish. Every element is intentional. Nothing excessive. Nothing overlooked.
Crafted With Intention
Clé Cachée is defined by precision and restraint. A low-dosage approach allows the true character of the fruit to come forward, resulting in a Champagne that feels pure, balanced, and quietly complex. With less than 4 grams of sugar per bottle, nothing is masked, only revealed.

Crafted using the traditional method from Grand Cru Chardonnay, the wine is gently pressed, cool-fermented, and aged on its lees for 18–20 months to develop texture and finesse. A minimal dosage at disgorgement preserves its natural brightness, minerality, and precision.
